2. About Fix My Gym
Fix My Gym provides consulting services for gyms, fitness studios, wellness brands, and other membership-based businesses. Our work focuses on marketing, sales, operations, and profitability improvement.
3. No Guarantees and No Legal Advice
Fix My Gym is a consulting service. We are not legal advisors. Results vary based on client circumstances, effort, and implementation. No outcomes, revenue, or performance results are guaranteed.
4. Booking and Cancellations for Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are free.

Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice when scheduling.

You may reschedule with at least 6 hours’ notice.
5. Refund, Billing, and Cancellation Policy for Paid Programs

Paid programs include a one-time onboarding payment and an ongoing monthly payment. Specific amounts are detailed in your proposal or statement of work.

The onboarding payment is due upon signing.

The onboarding payment is non-refundable once onboarding work begins. If you cancel in writing within 48 hours of payment and before any onboarding work starts, the onboarding payment will be refunded.

Monthly payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period.

You may cancel ongoing services at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Services continue through the end of the paid period, and future billing stops after the notice period.
6. Rescheduling and Missed Sessions

Sessions included in a program can be rescheduled with at least 6 hours’ notice.

Sessions missed without sufficient notice may be marked as completed.
